The Royal Defence Force (RDF) exists in order to provide defence and funding for the King of Europa. Commission as an Officer in the RDF may be acquired, preferably by those who are qualified or have related experience or are specially equipped.

Note: The practice of selling Royal Commissions is not new, but was begun in 1683 during the reign of Charles II in Great Britain and subsequently abolished in 1871. The sale of such commissions was common practice in most European armies where wealthy and noble officers purchased their rank or promotion.

His Imperial Majesty King Roman the First, King of Europa and Grand Duke of Lithuania, is Marshal General of the Royal Defence Force.

All ranks receive Certificate of Royal Commission, Badge of Rank Insignia, and Diplomatic Courier Passport.

Those officers who provide meritorious service may be appointed to an appropriate rank in the Royal Order of the Jaguar, with appropriate Badge of the Order, specially created for officers of the Royal Defence Force and the Royal Intelligence Service (q.v.).

To acquire a promotion, an officer need only donate the difference between his existing rank and a future desired rank.
