OFFICIAL WEBSITE His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN 1 of EUROPA & LITHUANIA The Bible says: "Ask and you will receive". The Bible also says: "By their fruits you shall know them". There is no way to succeed without a lot of money in the kitty. There is no way for ANY Monarch to succeed without money. It's a fact of life.
"If a person is a Sovereign, even without recognition from the country to which he is heir, he is entitled to recognition and to Sovereign Privileges and Sovereign Immunity" (Professor Stephen P Kerr, The Entitlement to Rule, Vol 1) This is upheld by International Law but unable to be enforced by any court! His Majesty KING ROMAN, His Majesty KING ROMAN, His Majesty KING ROMAN, His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN, His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN, His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN, KING ROMAN, KING ROMAN, K
Greetings from Darwin Australia, interim capital with Vilnius of the Kingdom/ Empire of Europa, which includes the Kingdom of Lithuania (Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine), of which His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN initially inherited De Jure Sovereignty as Grand Duke in 1967. *Note that domination of the Grand Duchy (properly Grand Principality) of Lithuania was usurped by the Soviet Union following World War 2, and then by the republic. There was no search for a rightful heir to the Throne of Lithuania, and no consultation of the people as to whether they desired a republic or a monarchy!
In 1992, one year after the Baltic states finally became independent of the Soviet Union, His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN (then Prince Ronald), visited his stepmother Princess Paulina Dambska in Bielsko-Biala southeast Poland, and was taken to his biological father's tomb (see photo below) near marker 299B at Brama 4 Warsaw.
The princely Dynasty of Gedroyc (arms Rose over Hippocentaur) arose in the 13th century, and according to one historian married into the family of King Mindaugas, Lithuania's first king. The Gedroyc princely line continued from 1569 as Grand Duke (properly Grand Prince) of Lithuania, and was, amongst others, patented in 1811 at Vilnius and St Petersburg, and in 1873 at St Petersburg.
Prince Wladislaw Ignacy Marek Gedroyc (Grand Duke) and Margueritte Renee, Marquise de Pourbaix, married civilly at Lwow in 1904. His Majesty KING ROMAN's stepmother Princess Paulina was born to them in 1905, and married his father Count Roman Emil Dambski of Lubraniec (arms Triple-branched Tree, from 1094) in 1927.
Paulina was officially declared missing from 1940-1947, during which period Prince Roman 1 sired His Royal Highness Prince Ronald (now His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN) in 1942, and in 1945 his sister Princess Christine (a widow now retired in Torquay from Bath England), both by Katherine Mann of Edinburgh.
His Majesty KING ROMAN has resided in Darwin since 1975, after the city was devastated by Cyclone Tracy on Christmas Day 1974. There his Letters Patent 1993 as His Royal Highness, The Grand Duke of Lithuania, were prepared by Alan Earl of Dalvey.
In 1994 at Vilnius, the newly founded Royal Society of Lithuanian Nobility (LBKS) elected Prince Roman a founding senator and supported restoration of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. However, the wishes of the original LBKS were subsequently ignored by the already established usurper Republic from 1991 and the newly elected LBKS of 1996.
His Majesty KING ROMAN is a citizen of the United Kingdom and the European Union, a citizen of Australia since 1976 (and holds a World Passport and Royal Europan Diplomatic Passport).
Being born in Scotland, it is likely that His Majesty KING ROMAN will remain a European citizen despite the recently unfortunate Brexit, which may result in the re-division of Britain, with an independent Scotland and a re-united Ireland each remaining in Europe.
In any case, His Majesty KING ROMAN also remains a citizen and monarch of the Kingdom of Europa and the Kingdom of Lithuania.
Dr King Roman has completed an edX Leuven University course on The EU and Human Rights, and a Louvain University course on International Law; as well as a variety of other university courses including Forensic Science, Archaeology, Oceans, Cyber Security, Moons, etc.

His Imperial Majesty KING ROMAN was born (Prince) Ronald Victor Charles Mann during World War 2 in Edinburgh Scotland, graduated from Trinity Academy Edinburgh in Science and Languages in 1960, joined the Royal Air Force in 1961 and was posted (SAC classified Top Secret) to Aden. He emigrated to Melbourne Australia in 1967, served as a patrol officer/kiap (captain) in Papua New Guinea in the early 1970s (for which he received the Police Overseas Service Medal TPNG), and then in HM Customs & Excise (executive officer) and the Royal Navy Reserve (medic) in England. He returned to Australia in 1975, became an Australian citizen in 1976, and served in the Department of Law (officer in charge) Darwin until resigning in 1986 to minister to the poor and homeless, for which purpose he founded two charities including Filipino Club Darwin (23 years). He was a Secular Franciscan Order minister for 20 years, a Reconciliation bishop for 10, and a Universal Family Ministry archbishop for 10, before resiling from religions for reasons of personal belief and observation. He is a Doctor of Philosophy, Divinity, and Naturopathy, and has a variety of other diplomas and certificates, including Coxswain (captain). At age 74 (2016) he is retired and enjoys occasional sea cruises and a variety of university studies through MOOC.
A LETTER FROM KING ROMAN TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT 09/09/16 "Dear Sir, Greetings from Darwin Australia. I am a European Citizen and (multiple) De Jure Sovereign. As a student of European and International Law, I have become aware of a woeful inadequacy in both, namely the lack of a Royal Court to administer justice and relief to the deposed (dispossessed/exiled) monarch. This situation is exacerbated by the fact that International Law recognizes the De Jure Sovereign and inherently accords him rights. However, these rights are not able to be asserted in any practical manner, or to be insisted on before, and are therefore ignored by, established Global and European sovereigns. This arises because of the lack of ANY legal mechanism to adjudicate and administer this area of law. There is NO justice available to the deposed monarch: the deposed monarch exists in a veritable wasteland. Yet it ought not to be so. There ought to be a Royal Court of Justice, both in the European Union and (for those outside the EU) within the United Nations forum. One to adjudicate, for example, on my right to the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (from 1967, and since 2004 renamed but not yet seen as the Kingdom of Lithuania), and to the Kingdom of Europa (formerly East Europe, containing the Kingdom of Lithuania) - visit www.KingRoman.eu /.org for details. As a European citizen, and one to be accorded the respect owed to a Sovereign, I look forward to your early reply. Sincerely, Roman R" (EU CASE # 101000072235)
King Roman is what is referred to as an impoverished Monarch: he requests your kind and generous assistance and promises in return to listen to your needs and interests also.
FACT Current monarchs and governments continually and ILLEGALY breach International Law by ignoring the respect and dignity they owe to the deposed/exiled/usurped monarch
King Roman is an Imperial Sovereign - an Emperor - and ought to be respected and accorded dignity as such
International Law says:
"The absent sovereign remains the de jure government of the country" (American Journal of International Law, p. 571 & International Law Reports, p. 559)
"The deposed monarch is entitled to full recognition by other sovereigns, and all nations and all people, adhering to the moral and ethical principles implicit in International Law" ("King and Constitution in International Law" - The Augustan, vol. 18, no. 4, 1977, p. 126)
